RESPONSIBILITIES
Greet and welcome service customers in a genuinely friendly and courteous manner. Identify the service salesperson with which they have an appointment. Place an identification number on the vehicles that is marked to identify the proper service salesperson. Pull up or obtain a repair order for each customer and complete the administrative portion of it. Assist the service salesperson in contacting customers with appointments one day prior to their appointments. Perform various clerical tasks as assigned by service management.
Arrive at work, take breaks and lunch, and depart work at the times designated by management. Maintain a high level of personal grooming, hygiene, and dress consistent with company policies. Report to management any situation or condition that jeopardizes the safety, welfare, or integrity of the dealership, its employees, or customers.
