COUNTER SALES and
WAREHOUSE
WORKERJob DescriptionThis position performs hose assemblies, interacts with customers, fills and processes customer orders, maintains organization and cleanliness of the warehouse.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Make hose assemblies for hydraulic, industrial, chemical, air, etc. hoses
- Greets and interacts with customers, assisting with purchases
- Collects and processes onsite payments
- Maintains an accurate running inventory and maintains inventory levels
- Restocks supplies and inventory
- Maintains the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse area
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Skills and Abilities Required
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
- Understanding of warehouse policies and procedures
- Ability to operate a forklift (training available).Physical Requirement
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
Education Required
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Hydraulic hose assembly experience a plus
- Warehouse experience a plus
- Good driving record.
