Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Store Team Member to join our team at Pet Supplies Plus. As a team member, you’ll play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our neighbors and their beloved pets. Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of store operations, including cashier duties, stocking shelves, pet care, and assisting customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Cashier:

Process neighbors’ purchases with accuracy and efficiency. Provide information about our Preferred Pet Club membership to ensure neighbors don’t miss outstanding offers.

Stocker:

Safely unload delivery trucks using proper equipment. Stock shelves to ensure a variety of pet products are readily available. Carry bags of kibble, cat litter, aquarium supplies, and other purchases to neighbors’ cars.

Pet Care:

Provide care for pets within the store, including cleaning habitats, feeding, and handling animals. Answer neighbor’s questions on animal care to help them find or maintain the perfect pet.

Qualifications:

Passion for animals and commitment to their well-being. Ability to lift heavy items (40-65 lbs) and stand for extended periods. Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
