Key Holder Sales Associate Carolina Girls 1890 Sam Rittenberg Boulevard, Charleston, SC 29407 If you have a great sense of style, strong customer service skills, and boutique retail experience you are perfect for our team! Carolina Girls is seeking energetic, style loving individuals to join our boutique sales team. We need enthusiastic professionals who are excited to work in retail. You will play a vital role in making our customer’s experience a positive and enjoyable one.
Responsibilities/Duties:
Opening/Closing the store Counting down registers at end of day Key holder responsibilities Selling, re-stocking, merchandising, and managing inventory control Direct communication with store manager Absorb and maintain product knowledge Educate customers as they make buying decisions 8 hours standing and moderate lifting Keep sales floor presentable and organized
Qualifications/Skills:
Exceptional customer services skills Efficient verbal and written communication skills Ability to sell, re-stock, merchandise and manage inventory control Ability to quickly absorb and maintain product knowledge
Requirements:
A minimum of two (2) years boutique retail experience A minimum of two (2) years key holder experience A minimum of two (2) years in upper level management Familiarity with specialty retail, visual merchandising, inventory management, store operations and various point-of-sale systems Ability to work 40 hours per week at the store
