Your core skills in customer service, live streaming, and retail sales will ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers. You will utilize your communication skills to effectively showcase products and interact with viewers. Additionally, your premium skills in merchandising and product demonstrations will elevate our brand presence. Non-Negotiable Must have CURRENT knowledge of Sports Cards (Football, Baseball, and Basketball)

Customer Service :

Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers, answering their questions, and offering guidance on card selections.

Inventory Management :

Receive, organize, and maintain the store’s card inventory. This includes shelving, pricing, and categorizing cards.

Card Pricing and Valuation :

Assess card values based on factors such as rarity, condition, and market demand. Use pricing guides and online resources to determine card prices.

Buying and Trading :

Evaluate cards offered by customers for purchase or trade. Negotiate fair deals and explain the reasoning behind valuations.

Store Operations :

Perform various tasks to ensure the store runs smoothly, such as restocking shelves, tidying the store, and helping with opening and closing procedures.

Knowledge of Sport Cards:

Understand Sports, teams, players.

Security :

Monitor store security to prevent theft or damage to valuable cards. Implement safety measures, such as surveillance cameras or security personnel, as necessary.

Online Streaming :

Manage the online presence of the store by listing cards for sale on e-commerce platforms, updating product information, and processing online orders. Familiar with Whatnot, Ebay, and outside platforms.

Qualifications :

Trading Cards :

A strong interest in sports cards, Pokemon cards, or other collectibles is essential.

Customer Service Skills :

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to assist customers and build positive relationships.

Knowledge of Cards :

A good understanding of card values, grading, and market trends is a plus. Training may be provided on the job. Attention to

Ability to accurately assess the condition and value of cards and organize inventory efficiently. We need to help with Shipping and Tracking Inventory.
