The job being offered is located at the corporate service center in North Charleston, SC. We are an innovative, fast-paced, creative, growing, leader in the real estate industry. We are looking for someone who is creative, organized, and has excellent communication skills. A successful applicant is self-motivated, eager to learn the skills involved in Real Estate Marketing. They are ready to trained and learn the systems and programs the company provides their sales associates. This job requires active and thoughtful participation in brainstorming sessions…this is not a good job for someone who wants the comfort and structure of doing the exact same tasks day after day. Everyday could be different, a successful applicant wants the challenge of listening and finding possible solutions. This particular job includes some physical labor…working in the company warehouse, moving and unloading marketing materials when delivered by freight carriers…maintaining inventory and the labor of setting up for company events. This is not strictly a desk job. One primary responsibility will be overseeing the departments in-house sign shop, cutting vinyl and making personalized yard signs. Other work will include creating property flyers using a commercial software program (graphics software knowledge is not a requirement) and providing phone support for real estate associates on the use of various marketing programs. Successful candidates should be comfortable dealing with people in-person and over the phone (we have over 1000 agents we support). Good driving record is required.
