This role is a learning role, where new associates are working withtheir team and proactively building skills and proficiencies, inpreparation for the next level up as a Mobile Expert. As a MobileAssociate, you will be required to successfully complete newemployee training.

Job Responsibilities:

Builds proficiency related to serving and selling to ourcustomers, while providing a world-class customer experience andbuilding loyalty by:

  • Helping customers pick up right where they left off in theirshopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care orin-store.
  • Exploring individual needs and providing hands-on demonstrationsof the latest and greatest technology in-store.
  • Side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions beyond thebare-bones device and service plan that keep our customersconnected to the people and lifestyle they love, including anythingfrom unique accessories cutting-edge IoT devices.
  • Approaching service and sales needs with composure, integrity andcompassion. Becomes skilled with and consistently uses digital tools ininteractions and onboarding to actively demonstrate:
  • How our ever-expanding coverage stacks up in our customer’sneighborhood, providing them with a lightning fast LTE network
  • Why T-Mobile plans and services will let our customers liveunlimited, feel the love, stay connected and go further.
  • Completes training on T-Mobile in-store experience, new skillsand processes, knowledge of systems and reference resources.
  • Makes the most of their time on shift, consistently seeking outinformation between customers, learning about innovations inwireless and technology. Establishes relationships with and partners with T-Mobileemployees across channels, including business and customer serviceto:
  • Collectively own the customer experience and resolve issues,creating a seamless, run-around-free environment.
  • Successfully identify and handoff small business leads.
  • Support team initiatives and create an inclusive environment
Education and Work Experience:

High School Diploma/GED (Required) 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retailenvironment preferred.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Passionate customer advocate with the desire to be yourselfwhen connecting and having fun doing it! (Required) Competitive drive and proven ability to succeed in a fast-pacedsales environment. $17.50 Within the first 90 days working at T-Mobile, Mobile Associatesreceive on-the-job training and are eligible for incentive paywhile completing training milestones. Once completed, MobileAssociates promote to the Mobile Expert role and become eligiblefor an annualized incentive target of $18,000/year. Actualincentives vary based on performance and full-time status. Allemployees at T-Mobile, are guaranteed to earn $20/hour inclusive ofbase pay and incentives. And since we are ALL owners, EVERYemployee at T-Mobile is eligible for an Annual Stock Grant. At T-Mobile, our benefits exemplify the spirit of One Team,Together!
