The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while accurately processing transactions. This role requires a strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases. Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately. Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and store policies to provide accurate information to customers and coordinate with the social media person Ensure the checkout area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies. Assist in restocking shelves and maintaining inventory levels as needed. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and courtesy. Stock inventory by coming to the warehouse and pulling it and pricing it. Occasionally fill in with staging or other jopbs where necessary. Qualifications Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred. Strong cash handling skills, with basic math proficiency. Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members Familiarity with retail math concepts is beneficial. Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone. A positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed.
