Retail Sales Associate The Spice and Tea Exchange Charleston, S.C. 170 Church Street, Charleston, SC 29401 Overview We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team at a local boutique store. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and enjoy working in a dynamic retail environment. Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers with their inquiries and purchases Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately Maintain a clean and organized store environment Stock shelves and ensure products are displayed neatly Supervise and support other team members as needed Qualifications Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in a customer service store setting Proficiency in using Point of Sale (POS) systems and cash registers Strong customer service skills with excellent phone etiquette Ability to perform basic math calculations for transactions Bilingual proficiency is a plus Ability to work effectively in a team environment Knowledge of stock management practices
