Perform retail sales duties such as stocking shelves, operating the cash register, and handling cash transactions accurately. Demonstrate basic math skills when calculating prices and providing change to customers. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Apply retail math principles to manage inventory, track sales, and optimize merchandising strategies. Uphold high standards of professionalism and adhere to company policies and procedures. Utilize relevant skills in a grocery store setting to enhance the overall shopping experience for customers.

As a Sales Associate, you’ll have the opportunity to earn tips from satisfied customers. Tips average your hourly rate between $15.50 and $24/hr based on customer interaction and product knowledge.
