Responsibilities Responsibilities:
Promote and sell therapeutic massage services, memberships, and gift cards. Educate clients on the benefits of regular massage therapy and our Elements Wellness Program. Meet or exceed sales goals by building rapport and encouraging repeat business. Greet clients warmly and ensure a professional, welcoming atmosphere. Answer phones courteously and provide accurate information on services, pricing, and availability. Schedule and confirm appointments to ensure smooth daily operations. Follow up with members to encourage booking their monthly sessions Handle administrative tasks such as data entry and payment processing. Maintain a clean, organized, and calming front desk area. Work closely with massage therapists to ensure an exceptional client experience.
Qualifications Qualifications:
Prior retail sales experience preferred—especially selling memberships or services in person. Customer service experience in a spa-like or wellness-focused environment is a plus. Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask efficiently. Comfortable using modern office tools and systems (experience with Mindbody is a bonus). A team player who is passionate about creating a positive environment for coworkers and clients alike. High school diploma (or GED) or equivalent work experience required.
