As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the shopping experience for our customers, ensuring they receive the assistance they need while maintaining an organized and well-stocked art booth Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing their inquiries and needs. Operate cash registers and point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently, processing transactions accurately. Maintain stock levels by organizing merchandise on the sales floor and assisting with inventory management. Ensure that the sales area is clean, organized, and visually appealing to enhance the shopping experience. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and promote store initiatives. Requirements Previous experience in retail store environments is preferred but not mandatory. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated. A commitment to delivering excellent customer service at all times. Flexibility to work various shifts, including an occasional weekend day as required.
