Sales Associate Rebecca Illustrated 115 Meeting Street, Charleston, SC 29401 Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team at Rebecca Illustrated. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, assisting them with their shopping needs, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them with product inquiries and purchases. Maintain an organized and well-stocked sales floor by supervising stock levels and replenishing merchandise as needed. Operate the cash register and POS system accurately, processing transactions efficiently. Demonstrate product collections and assist in providing assistance when picking out the perfect pieces. Ensure compliance with store policies and procedures while maintaining a clean and safe shopping environment. Address customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain high standards of customer service. Qualifications Previous experience in retail sales is preferred, particularly in a customer service setting. Strong basic math skills for handling transactions and providing change accurately. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required by the store schedules. Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
