Full Job Description Job Summary:

The Sales Associate is an extension of the sales team, contributing to the continuous management of projects and revenue growth. This position works directly in sales initiatives to assist with on time deliverables of projects supporting telecommunications wireless infrastructure. This is a full time in-office opportunity, where collaboration with our sales, engineering and production staff is key.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

Works indirectly with customer to ensure all pertinent information is received for project deliverables and other sales related topics Assists with the coordinate of production capacity constraints and alerts necessary team members to issues Assists with production, quality, and manufacturing engineering to continuously improve scheduling and planning processes. Supports budgetary reviews and document overages on active and closed projects Participates in weekly production and scheduling meetings. Completes other duties and special projects as assigned. Works with Quality, Environmental, H&S employees to ensure and maintain compliance with safety, operational, and regulatory standards of Quality. Remains aware of and complies with environmental, safety policies and regulations and ensure high quality standards.

Job Requirements:

Associates degree in related fields Customer service experience in changing/complex sales cycles and project deliverables Proficient with Excel and Sharepoint; Smartsheet a plus. Adaptable to fast paced, high volume of design projects Requires 10-20% travel throughout the month Ability to work fully onsite (this is not a remote position)

Physical Demands:

This position is an inside position working primarily in a climate-controlled environment. It requires that the employee spend the majority of his/her workday working at a computer workstation.
