In this role you can expect to: Be authentically friendly and caring to our customers and coworkers by going above and beyond for each person who walks through our doors. Prepare fresh breakfast and lunch items following recipes and direction from the Deli Kitchen Supervisor. Use kitchen equipment such as ovens, deep fryers, warmers, and grills safely and correctly. Serve customers at the deli counter with a welcoming attitude and present food in a clean and appetizing way. Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and compliant with food safety and health regulations. Help maintain and care for kitchen equipment. Assist with overall store cleanliness and teamwork outside the kitchen as needed. Occasionally fill in at the cash register to help the store when needed. Must either already possess a valid Food Handler Certificate or be willing to obtain one within two weeks of your hire date.
