Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Furniture Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be tech-savvy, and enjoy helping customers find the perfect furniture solutions for their homes. If you’re bilingual, that’s a big plus!
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers in-store, online, and over the phone with product inquiries and purchases Navigate and search the company website and other vendor sites to locate product information and availability Communicate professionally through social media messaging, phone calls, and email Maintain knowledge of current furniture trends, product lines, and promotions Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and displays are up-to-date Process sales transactions and follow up with customers as needed
Qualifications:
Previous sales or customer service experience preferred (furniture sales a bonus) Bilingual in Spanish is a strong advantage Proficient with computer software and online browsing Comfortable using social media platforms for communication and engagement Strong interpersonal and communication skills Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
