Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs. Provide knowledgeable product demonstrations and answer customer inquiries effectively. Handle cash transactions accurately using the cash register and ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed. Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor by stocking shelves and arranging merchandise displays. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction. Process returns and exchanges in accordance with store policies. Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking items as necessary. Skills Proven experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail when processing transactions. Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members, fostering a friendly environment.
