We are looking for a customer-centric individual who is passionate about playing a critical role in making our customers Dream Home a reality! You would work directly with our our customers, and our Sales Manager.
Requirements:
Sales experience an asset – recently demonstrated in either Retail, Apartment Leasing, Hospitality or New Home Sales. Self-motivated, and Coach-able, looking to grow. Positive and passionate. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Embrace a training program that will include following a proven process, active daily follow up. Listening skills, and a strong work ethic. Proficient in Computer skills, current technology and daily follow up within the CRM. Willingness to work hard to make extra sales and fulfill clients dreams of home ownership. Willing to work weekends, as well as stay late for Sales events. Actively participate in a team environment.
