As a Sales Associate , you’ll be the studio’s first impression and biggest cheerleader. What You’ll Do:

Connect & Convert Be the friendly face and confident voice that turns first-timers into lifelong members Deliver compelling studio tours that align Pilates benefits with client goals Educate prospects about membership options, private training, and our teacher training program Follow up with leads and inquiries in a timely, meaningful way—your relationship-building is key Drive Studio Success Consistently hit (and aim to exceed!) personal and studio sales targets Use promotional campaigns and demo classes to generate buzz and build excitement Handle front-desk operations including client check-ins, phone calls, and appointment setting Be a Brand Ambassador Represent Club Pilates at community events, wellness fairs, and in-studio happenings Support retail sales by sharing knowledge of studio products and apparel Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment

What You Bring:

A passion for fitness, wellness, or helping others transform their lifestyle Prior sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience (fitness industry is a bonus!) A goal-crushing mindset—you’re motivated by targets and love to win Outgoing, energetic, and confident when speaking to individuals or groups Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment Tech-savvy with strong computer skills; knowledge of ClubReady software is a plus (we’ll train!) Able to work a flexible schedule , including some evenings and weekends
