Counter Sales Veneziano’s Pizzeria & Restaurant Lexington, SC 29072 Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Counter Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support in a fast-paced environment. You will assist customers with their orders, address inquiries, and ensure their needs are met efficiently. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products or services that meet their needs. Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely order fulfillment. Maintain a well-organized counter area, including inventory management and product displays. Communicate effectively with customers over the phone and in person, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Utilize Excel for tracking sales data and managing customer information. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction. Provide information on vehicle maintenance and automotive diagnostics to assist customers in making informed decisions. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally. Requirements Previous experience in a dealership or retail sales environment is highly desirable. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively. Familiarity with order fulfillment processes and inventory management systems (CMMS experience is a plus). Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated to achieve individual goals. A positive attitude and willingness to learn about products and services offered.
