As a member of the Parts Sales Team, you will be expected to: Assist with Business to Business (B2B) Sales (online, email and phone) Become familiar with our many vendor partners, their parts offerings, and their unique attributes Provide excellent customer service skills Input data into the ERP/CRM thoroughly and correctly Successful Parts Sales Associates are committed to providing our customers with a smooth sales process by listening to their needs and providing the correct resources to ensure they end up with the right part for their floor cleaning equipment.

JOB SUMMARY

The Parts Sales Associate will generate revenue by processing parts orders through telephone, email and online sales . The Associate will handle the complete sales cycle from open to close to ensure a smooth process. This includes handling incoming calls, capturing customer information, providing price quotations and equipment parts manuals, processing payments and responding to customer inquiries and complaints.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Answer phone and email inquiries to develop sales opportunities Enter information into proprietary company software Create price quotations Create and enter customer orders Communicate expected delivery schedules Upsell by suggesting related products/supplies or sale items Process payments Provide some technical information and explanations of equipment Maintain communication with customer during entire process Accomplish department and organization goals

QUALIFICATIONS

Communication skills – Ability to communicate effectively, both verbal and written communication with internal & external customers Must be able to read and understand basic parts manuals Attention to detail – In order to ensure all customers’ needs are met An acute attention to detail is necessary Persistence Multitasking & Time Management skills Some technical understanding preferred Previous experience with parts is preferred Ability to interact well with others required PC literacy required Job type:
