The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a strong ability to drive sales through effective communication and relationship-building. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience, promoting our products, and achieving sales targets. We are a full service sign business who specializes in LED signs. We focus on schools, churches and businesses. You are paid on commission. Exceptional pay, different options available. Average range $60,000-$75,000 a year. Signs pretty much sell themselves, it is just up to you, to bring their business here! Responsibilities Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Demonstrate product features and benefits through effective product demos. Communicate effectively with customers, providing exceptional service both in-person and over the phone, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Experience Previous experience in sales or a similar customer-facing role is preferred. Proven ability to sell products effectively while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers positively and professionally. Working in the sign business is a huge plus!!!!
