We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and driving sales in our retail store. Responsibilities:

• Stock inventory as needed
• Greet customers and assist them in finding the right specimens
• Provide knowledge and insight on specimens
• Process cash and credit transactions accurately using a POS system
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy

Skills:

• Dependable work ethic with a willingness to learn
• Responsible and efficient with tasks from start to finish
• Strong communication skills
• Retail/Service industry experience
• Ability to handle cash transactions and operate cash registers

Requirements:

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
• Previous experience or knowledge of geological and metaphysical information
