Our client, a dynamic retail organization, is seeking a Thrift Store Associate to join their team. As a Thrift Store Associate, you will be part of a dedicated team supporting the mission of providing quality goods to the community. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

What’s the Job?
Receive and sort donations to ensure quality and cleanliness.
Stock shelves efficiently to maintain an organized store layout.
Load trucks for recycling and manage waste disposal responsibly.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment by taking out trash regularly.
Adhere to a strict schedule, ensuring punctuality for all shifts.
What’s Needed?
No prior experience required; a willingness to learn is essential.
Ability to stand on concrete for the duration of the shift.
Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a quick-paced environment.
Commitment to teamwork and collaboration with fellow associates.
Must be able to refrain from using personal devices during work hours.
