The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring customer satisfaction, training and supervising staff, and monitoring sales and inventory. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills, a strong understanding of customer service principles, and the ability to motivate and lead a team.

Responsibilities:

Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies accordingly. Manage store staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating employees. Ensure that customer service standards are met and exceeded. Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales. Manage inventory levels and ensure product availability. Maintain store appearance and cleanliness. Monitor store expenses and budgets.
