Qualifications Customer Service:

1 year (Preferred) Full Job Description Job Summary Operate, scan and accept various forms of payments for merchandise sale on the POS system and produce relevant reports as and when required. Adhere to state age requirements (21 years+), request identification from customers as appropriate. Stock Inventory on shelved. Maintain cleanliness of the store. Provide a high level of customer service. Answer incoming phone calls in a courteous manner. Scan merchandise through a point-of-sale system to ensure accurate inventory counts and accurate purchase totals for customers. Collect payments via cash, or other charge payments from customers. Issue receipts and change due to customers.

Maintains store appearance:

dusts bottles and shelves regularly, sweeps and/or vacuums floor. Recover / pull forward merchandise throughout the day. Environmental Job Conditions Most of the time is spent moving about on carpet. Frequently requires bending, handling, pulling, reaching, and/or stooping to examine or scan merchandise. Frequently requires lifting objects up to 30 pounds unassisted.
