And now, we’re looking for someone special to help share that magic in Columbia, SC. What You’ll Do as a Sales Associate This isn’t your average front desk job. As the first face and voice of our studio , you’ll be an essential part of our community. Your role is to welcome new faces, guide them through their fitness journey, and help them fall in love with Pure Barre from day one. You’ll be responsible for: Leading potential clients through a warm, informative introduction to the studio. Scheduling and promoting Intro Classes and memberships. Driving sales through community engagement, in-person conversations, and follow-ups. Creating an exceptional in-studio experience that feels welcoming, supportive, and inspiring. Representing Pure Barre at local events and pop-ups to grow our presence in Columbia. Supporting daily studio operations, including light cleaning and retail merchandising.
