Applicants should be team players with knowledge and passion for the game of golf and must be able to deliver outstanding customer service and provide an industry leading indoor golf experience.

MUST BE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OF AGE.

We are seeking Guest Services Specialists (we call them “Golf Associates”) for weekday evenings and morning, afternoon and evening shifts on the weekends. Golf Associates are dedicated to delivering exceptional service and genuine hospitality. They are people-oriented, get to know Guests on a first-name basis, and are able to develop a proficiency at using our equipment, most importantly our golf simulators. Golf knowledge and/or experience in the industry is a must . Scheduled hours will typically range between 8-15 hours weekly based on staffing and scheduling needs. We are open 7 days a week and your schedule will include mostly weekday evening and varying weekend shifts. Golf Associates report directly to the General Manager.

Responsibilities include the following:

Provide above-and-beyond service to Guests with a friendly face Own the overall Guest experience from check-in to check-out Learn the ins and outs of our golf simulators to steer Guests towards appropriate gameplay, explain data outputs, and maximize user experience Assist in organization of golf bag storage, management of golf equipment, and basic golf simulator maintenance and troubleshooting Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all of our products and business lines Provide informative, engaging tours of the facility Cultivate meaningful relationships with Guests Display attention to detail by actively checking in with Guests throughout their booking Maintain an appealing and Guest-ready environment Take pride and ownership of each Guest’s enjoyment and fun at ProSwing Columbia Expertise in beer/wine selections Determine Guests’ beverage preferences and make on-point recommendations Restock inventory and report on supplies needed to ensure bar is clean and well-stocked Create fresh and new ideas for specials and promos Understand all key business functions, including simulator functionality Verify identification to ensure customers are the legal age to purchase alcohol

Required Qualifications:

Golf knowledge and experience is required Hospitality/Retail/Customer Service experience preferred Upbeat energy and enthusiasm Positive attitude Ability to work in a fast paced environment and work with a team Ablility to pour and serve beer and wine to guests (must be at least age 21) Ability to stand, walk and bend for long periods of time Proficient verbal and oral communication skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
