Your passion for beauty and skincare will help customers make informed decisions, ensuring they leave satisfied and confident in their purchases. You will work in a dynamic retail environment, engaging with customers to understand their needs and preferences while promoting our wide range of products. Duties Provide personalized beauty consultations to customers, helping them select products that best suit their needs. Maintain an organized and visually appealing display of products, ensuring stock levels are adequate. Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and keeping track of product availability. Engage with customers through various channels, including in-store interactions and social media platforms. Utilize effective phone etiquette to assist customers with inquiries and appointment scheduling. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance the overall shopping experience. Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, product launches, and industry developments to provide knowledgeable recommendations. Skills Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships and providing exceptional experiences. Proven retail sales experience, demonstrating the ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in social media management to engage with customers online and promote products effectively. Organizational skills to maintain stock levels and ensure the store is well-presented at all times. Multilingual abilities are a plus, enabling effective communication with diverse customer groups. Familiarity with Millennium software or similar retail management systems is advantageous.
