In this role, you will be the face of our beauty brand, providing exceptional customer service while helping clients find the perfect products to enhance their beauty routines. Your expertise in beauty cosmetics sales and ability to connect with customers will be key in driving sales and creating a welcoming environment. Responsibilities Engage with customers to understand their beauty needs and provide tailored product recommendations. Demonstrate product usage and application techniques to enhance customer experience. Utilize upselling techniques to promote additional products that complement customer purchases. Maintain an organized and visually appealing display of products on the sales floor. Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and product rotation. Handle front desk responsibilities, including greeting customers and managing appointments. Manage social media accounts by creating engaging content that promotes products and services. Provide excellent phone etiquette when responding to customer inquiries or scheduling appointments. Skills Strong upselling abilities to maximize sales opportunities. Excellent organizational skills to maintain a tidy and efficient workspace. Proficiency in retail math for accurate transaction processing and inventory management. Fluent in English, with strong communication skills for effective customer interactions. Experience in beauty cosmetics sales, with a solid understanding of various products and trends. Previous experience at a front desk or in a retail sales environment is preferred. Familiarity with social media management to engage customers online effectively.
