Man Cave Store Sales Associates (Full-Time & Part-Time) We are Man Cave Store, a proud team of super fans, enthusiasts, and passionate people with a good sense of humor. We don’t just sell sports, auto, and hobby merch. We give people the opportunity to make their spaces look and feel a lot more like them. You’re an ambitious individual with prior retail experience who wants to help people discover exactly what they’re looking for and maybe even what they weren’t looking for at all. Overall:

You’re motivated. Making sales is a huge part of this job and we love using suggestive selling and customer engagement techniques to make that happen! You’re a people person . Chatting with customers, working with team members, and meeting with superiors are all a breeze for you. You’re punctual. This one’s pretty self-explanatory. The smooth running of our stores depends on every one of our team members pulling their weight. You take pride in your appearance. Showing up to work in a clean, well-kept uniform every shift is important. You’re the face of Man Cave and oftentimes the first thing a customer sees. You love sports. It’s much easier to sell something you love. Honestly, what other job is going to encourage you to watch that game later? You like having fun. Maintaining a positive and fun work environment is just as important as all of the above. Man Cave Store is about enjoying life and what we choose to fill it with! What you’ll be doing. Lending a hand . You’re the question answering, product suggesting, wealth of knowledge our customers will undoubtedly be impressed by. Customer service is key! Driving sales. We want you to spark conversations, ask if they need help, show them merch they may like, and utilize any sales technique you think will help them leave our store happy. Saying hello. Isn’t it nice when you walk into a store, and someone says hi? We think so too, and we promote this personalized experience every time. Maintaining the store. This includes inventory-taking, stocking, cleaning, and organizing on a regular basis. Having a good time. The important stuff. Hours. Anywhere from 20-40 hours available a week.
