Your Role:
Front Desk Rockstar & Membership Matchmaker As a Sales Associate at Club Pilates Irmo, you’re the first smile our members see and the last “thank you” they hear. You’re the friendly guide who helps potential clients discover what Pilates can do for them—and the strategic mind who helps turn that discovery into a lasting membership. You’ll play a key role in growing our studio by: Connecting with leads through phone, text, email, and in-person conversations. Booking and following up on Intro Classes that give potential members a taste of our magic. Guiding clients through our membership options , helping them find the best fit for their goals. Closing sales with confidence , enthusiasm, and authenticity. What You Bring to the Table You don’t need to be a Pilates pro—but you do need to be: A people person with strong communication and customer service skills. Passionate about health, wellness, and helping others succeed. Sales-savvy , goal-driven, and ready to celebrate wins (big and small). Comfortable with multitasking in a fast-paced studio setting. Tech-friendly (we’ll train you on ClubReady if you haven’t used it before). A team player who’s dependable, upbeat, and loves building community. Your Responsibilities Convert leads into memberships through strong follow-up and relationship-building. Give studio tours that are both informative and fun. Hit (and exceed!) your monthly sales targets. Support with front desk operations, retail sales, and light studio maintenance. Represent Club Pilates Irmo at local events and outreach opportunities.
