We are looking for charismatic, courteous, and diligent individuals to add to our team. The ideal candidate will not just tolerate customer service but will enjoy chatting with customers and will be able to keep up small talk and generally engage beyond hello.

Responsibilities:

Make the world’s best SnoBall Operate a cash register, taking orders Maintain and clean store equipment and facilities Maintain refilled stock levels of toppings, paper products, etc Smile and engage customers beyond robotic greetings Keep the patio grounds and tables free of trash and clean

Job Requirements:

Be 16 years or older Be available to work some combination of shifts during weekday afternoons/ nights and weekends Be detail oriented and ready to follow store procedures Able to perform in a fast paced environment with a sense of urgency Able to lift 25lbs occasionally Able to stand long periods of time Have reliable transportation Be communicative in work availability and punctual for scheduled shifts Soft skills must be strong We are hiring for the following Columbia, SC locations: Rosewood Dr. Decker Blvd. Meeting St. (West Columbia) Tips are earned on the job and average $2+/ hr cards and cash.
