Responsibilities:
Greet customers and provide outstanding service Explain menu items and suggest options Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately Maintain a clean and organized dining area Pack up items in an aesthetically pleasing way to enhance presentation Meet store operating policies and standards, including creating coffee and specialty drinks, cash handling, and store safety and security Make shaved ice desserts and soft-serve ice cream Available to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift and assist in general restaurant duties as needed Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
