Summary We are seeking a dedicated Shift Leader to join our team at Once Upon A Child. This is a new department we are developing to help with our daily operations. We are looking for a candidate to manage a staff of 4 to 6 after close to tag, hang, replenish the floor inventory. The hours will be 9 or 10 pm to 2 or 3 am Sunday-Thursday. This role, you will oversee daily operations during your shift, ensuring that our store runs smoothly and efficiently. Your leadership will be key in maintaining our high standards and creating a welcoming environment for staff. This position will report directly to the Store Manager. Responsibilities Supervise store operations during assigned shifts to ensure efficiency and quality service. Lead and motivate team members to achieve goals and maintain store standards. Assist with inventory management, including stock organization and replenishment. Ensure cleanliness and safety of the store environment for customers and staff. Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and best practices. Requirements Previous experience in a leadership role or customer service is preferred. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Familiarity with inventory management processes is a plus.
