Job Description:

We are looking for an outgoing person with a great personality to join our team as an optical sales associate. We are a patient-centered Optometry practice that strives to create an excellent patient experience. Optical experience is a plus but we do on-the-job training for our optical sales team. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn a career that is always in high demand!

Duties:

• Assist with fitting and sale of eyewear & contact lenses
• Provide outstanding customer service to our patients
• Assist the patients in the selection process of eyewear based on their needs.
• Obtain accurate measurements of PD, seg heights to fit with the frame selection & proper fitting of eyewear.
• Educate and recommend specific lenses, lens coatings and frame to suit the patient’s needs
• Explain patient financial responsibility and post payments in office software.
• Notify patients for the dispensing of eyewear and make frame adjustments to fit the patient.
• You have to be able to multitask, learn quickly and be great with the public.
