• Provide exceptional customer service to clients in the fine jewelry department
• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing fine jewelry pieces
• Educate customers on the features and benefits of different jewelry items
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
• Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales objectives
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a sales role, preferably in jewelry or luxury retail
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of technical sales techniques and strategies
• Proficient in English, both verbal and written
• Familiarity with electronics sales is a plus
