Retail Sales Associate Position Available In Coffee, Tennessee

Retail Sales Associate Clearwater Pool & Spa Manchester, TN 37355 Role and Responsibilities Inside Sales and Support to include but not limited to: Communicate with customers through phone, e-mails, chats and personal visits. Assist in creating and implementing sales promotions Perform sales activities to achieve company sales objectives. Maintain up-to-date knowledge about product information and promotions. Attend sales training and educational programs for professional development. Manage multiple inbound and outbound phone lines Perform daily tasks based on assigned work plan. Accept and process customer payments Maintain attractive and appealing showroom Perform water test and make chemical recommendations Other functions to support the success of Clearwater Pool & Spa Support other departments as needed. Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Candidate Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
• Schedule flexibility to include weekends, evenings, possible holidays and occasional overtime
• Meet all attendance and dependability requirements
• Minimal travel required as necessary (i.e. workshops)
• Ability to lift over 50 pounds
• Retail experience preferred Hours – Average 20 hours per week with a varied schedule Monday through Saturday.
