• Assist walk-in and phone customers with parts selection and sales
• Recommend products based on customer needs and vehicle compatibility
• Process transactions and handle quotes with accuracy
• Maintain product knowledge on a wide range of truck and trailer parts
• Help stock, organize, and manage inventory levels
• Support the sales team and keep the sales floor clean and professional
