Digital Print Solutions is a growing company with a family atmosphere providing a wide variety of printing products and solutions to our customers. From production equipment to office units, we help provide a client-centered service and sales environment. Digital Print Solutions is an authorized dealer for Canon, Ricoh, and Konica Minolta, and offers a wide variety of finishing products. Join our team today! Some of the Essential Responsibilities include: Maintains, troubleshoots, and fixes customer printers and copiers. Assists with the set-up, delivery, installation, and removal of printers and copiers. Assists with customer training on occasion if needed. Sets up new machines when needed. Maintains proper inventory of parts through accurate record-keeping. Seeks opportunities to improve territory parts budget and inventory control. Installs and troubleshoots basic printing and scanning solutions. Performs all other duties as assigned.
