This position requires a blend of interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a flair for sales. Duties Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing personalized recommendations. Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of various jewelry items. Utilize POS systems for processing transactions accurately and efficiently. Maintain organized stock levels and assist with inventory management to ensure product availability. Upsell additional products by highlighting complementary items during customer interactions. Handle cash transactions with precision and adhere to cash handling procedures. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Exhibit professional phone etiquette when communicating with customers over the phone. Requirements Previous experience in retail or sales is preferred, particularly in jewelry or luxury goods. Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Proficiency in using POS systems for sales transactions. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. Ability to handle cash responsibly and accurately manage financial transactions.
