Part-Time Retail Associate Schedule:

1-2 Saturdays per month + flexible weekday afternoon shifts​ At Elle Gray, we believe fashion is more than just clothing—it’s about helping our customers feel confident and express their unique style. We’re seeking a friendly, proactive, and customer-focused individual to join our boutique family in Sylvan Park.

What You’ll Do:

Greet and assist customers with a warm, welcoming attitude Provide personalized styling advice and product recommendations Process transactions accurately and efficiently Maintain a neat and organized store environment Assist with inventory management and restocking Collaborate with the team to meet sales goals and enhance the customer experience Ship and pack online orders

What We’re Looking For:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach Ability to work 1-2 Saturdays per month and flexible weekday evening shifts Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus A passion for fashion and helping others feel their best​
