Full Job Description Overview:

We are looking for a reliable and organized person to work at our HVAC parts counter. In this role, you’ll help customers find the parts they need, handle sales, and keep track of inventory. You should have basic knowledge of HVAC equipment and enjoy working with people.

Responsibilities:

Help customers in person and on the phone by answering questions and finding the right HVAC parts. Process sales using the register or computer system, and handle payments. Pull parts from stock, handle deliveries, and place special orders when needed. Keep track of inventory using Excel or other software. Keep the counter and stock areas clean and organized. Work with the warehouse and sales staff to make sure orders are filled correctly and on time. Take part in counting inventory and checking for missing or damaged items. Speak with customers in another language if needed ( preferred but not required).

Requirements:

Some knowledge of HVAC parts and equipment is helpful. Comfortable talking with customers and solving problems. Able to use Excel and basic computer programs. Experience with inventory software is a plus. Being bilingual is a bonus (not required). Must be organized and able to pay attention to details.

$18.00 – $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
