Pop-up Jewelry Sales Role Kindness Gems 2509 12th Avenue South, Nashville, TN 37204 Job Summary I own a local jewelry brand and am looking to hire an extroverted fun person that thrives in a fast paced exciting environment selling jewelry to the ladies of 12 South! This role will be weekends usually Friday-Sunday and some Thursdays! It is a commission based job but pays quite well, averaging around $20-40 an hour depending on selling abilities. No sales experience necessary, Just looking for someone who will be fully committed to this role and will be reliable with great communication! Duties Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and assisting them with their inquiries. Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system. Maintain organization of the inventory and ability to track sales Apply retail math skills to manage pricing, discounts, and sales reports effectively. Communicate product knowledge to customers, helping them make informed purchasing decisions. Qualifications Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele. Familiarity with POS systems and basic math skills for transaction processing. Knowledge of retail math concepts is a plus but not required; training will be provided. A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills.
