In this role, you will be the face of our store, providing exceptional client service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all clients. You will assist in maintaining the store’s appearance, managing inventory, and driving sales through effective communication. Duties Provide outstanding client service by greeting clients, answering inquiries, and assisting them in finding products. Operate retail computer efficientlyand handling transactions accurately while maintaining a friendly demeanor. Stock shelves and organize merchandise to ensure the store is well-presented and fully stocked at all times. Conduct product demonstrations to educate clients about features and benefits while enhancing their shopping experience. Utilize retail math skills to assist with inventory management and sales tracking. Communicate effectively with team members and clients to foster a collaborative work environment. Maintain knowledge of current promotions, product features, and store policies to provide accurate information to clients. Handle phone inquiries with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring client needs are met promptly. Requirements Must have retail sales experience with proven sales and work well in a team environment. Prior experience networking and growing clients both inside and outside the store and effectively cold-calling past or prospecting clients. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clients. Basic understanding of retail math principles for accurate transaction processing. Ability to stock merchandise efficiently while maintaining an organized workspace. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
