In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism and courtesy. Promote sales through effective communication and engagement with customers. Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales goals and maintain high standards of customer service. Assist in training new staff members as needed, providing guidance on store policies and procedures. Requirements Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. Strong sales skills with the ability to sell products effectively. Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer calls. Familiarity with cash registers and POS systems is a plus.
