The Retail Salesperson will be responsible for assisting customers with purchases, providing product information, and maintaining store appearance. Daily tasks include greeting customers, answering questions, recommending products, handling transactions, and achieving sales targets. The Retail Salesperson will also ensure that customer service standards are met and maintained. Qualifications Retail Sales and Sales skills Product Knowledge and Customer Service skills Strong Communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Demonstrates a commitment to prioritizing customer engagement during work hours, maintaining focus and avoiding non-work-related distractions such as mobile phone use.
