Retail Salesperson Bake at the Opry 433 Opry Mills Drive, Nashville, TN 37214 Role Description This is a weekend contract role for a Retail Salesperson located on-site in Nashville, TN at Bake at the Opry. The Retail Salesperson will be responsible for assisting customers with purchases, providing product information, and maintaining store appearance. Daily tasks include greeting customers, answering questions, recommending products, handling transactions, and achieving sales targets. The Retail Salesperson will also ensure that customer service standards are met and maintained. Qualifications Retail Sales and Sales skills Product Knowledge and Customer Service skills Strong Communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Demonstrates a commitment to prioritizing customer engagement during work hours, maintaining focus and avoiding non-work-related distractions such as mobile phone use. Previous experience in retail or sales is a plus High school diploma or equivalent
