Sales Associate Pono 433 Opry Mills Drive, Nashville, TN 37214 Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join Pono. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a keen ability to drive sales. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming environment for customers, assisting them with their needs, and ensuring an enjoyable shopping experience. Duties Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately using the POS system. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise. Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and stock areas. Collaborate with team members to meet store goals and enhance overall customer satisfaction. Qualifications Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers. Familiarity with cash registers and retail math is advantageous.
