Boot Country in downtown Nashville has an exciting opportunity!!! We’re looking for sales-savvy people enthusiastic about giving our guests the best possible experience by assisting them to find boots that make them feel their best and stay on-trend. If you like interacting with people face to face, have the ability to work well in a team environment, then we need to meet you! Earn an hourly rate plus you have the ability to increase your hourly rate by $2-$3 per hour with bonus incentives.

The Role:

You’ll be trained to be a “Boot Expert” . In that role you will use this expertise to educate, inform, inspire and service the customer. Engage and connect with our customers by providing excellent customer service. Partner with teammates on tasks, processes, merchandising and product flow opportunities. Perform register sales transactions accurately and efficiently in accordance with established cash control procedures and customer service guidelines. Take pride in the appearance of store and show initiative to keep displays and inventory clean, attractive and organized. In addition, you will secure all company assets under one’s control.

Able to lift up to 50 pounds, bending, climbing, reaching, and standing/walking for the entire shift) Ability to read, count and write to accurately complete all documentation.
